Jack has the ability to blend into the background while still being everywhere he needs to be. You never feel like you’re being filmed, yet when you watch the footage back, it’s like reliving every emotion all over again. He really took the time to understand what mattered to us, and then brought it all to life in a way we couldn’t have imagined.

I can tell anyone reading this right now, this is the only person you would want to film your wedding day! Jack was the perfect fly on wall, not a single moment missed and made us feel so comfortable to be in front of a camera. There is nothing ‘in your face’ about how Jack works. He was very professional, yet perfectly personable with us and our guests. The finished product we received blew us away with not just the quality of the footage and cinematic feel he gave our day, but also with the moments he managed to present for. Somehow, Jack made it seem like one man could actually be in more then one place at once. You will not be disappointed with the film Jack creates for your special day.

The whole process ran smoothly from the start, Jack was great with all communication and kept us at ease from the very start! Jack fit in to the whole wedding day seamlessly and often we just forget he was there which made all the shots very natural! The video itself was just absolutely perfect for us, Jack captured the moments of the day just how we wanted them and the whole feel of the video, along with the music and editing was everything we were hoping for and more! So far no one has actually managed to watch the whole video and not cry!

He worked seamlessly alongside our photographer and suppliers on the day, so much so that you would have thought they were already a team! He made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable that we pretty much forgot we were being filmed which made for beautiful organic content! His attention to detail is fantastic and he makes such an effort to get to know what is important for you to capture, we are over the moon with the final video – the quality, how he pieced it all together so perfectly, even down to the music choice and audio features, its such a special keepsake that we can enjoy and relive for years to come. We were even fortunate enough to see a little bit of the behind the scenes of him creating the video which was so special as we learnt how much effort and time he had put into perfecting the final product, he really puts a lot of time and care into his work.

Where do we start! We contacted Jack, after seeing a number of great wedding videos at our venue. From the offset- Jack was attentive to detail in our first meeting, ensuring that our videos would capture all of our special moments ( and surprises) from the day. Fast forward to our wedding day and Jack was amazing- our videos are proof of this. We cannot thank Jack enough for capturing our special day and producing such high quality and unique memories including drone shots. We so impressed with our preview video, and this was followed up with our amazing full videos from the day. Jack recently produced a new promo video and photos for my band and was a pleasure to work with. He has a fantastic understanding of music (being a musician himself) and this really showed both during the shoot and in the quality of the edit. We hired Jack to video our wedding in November 2024. From the start he was professional and approachable putting us at ease. On the day itself, he worked in company with our photographer Lyndsay Challis and they both made our day so special.
Jack produced the Instagram short video the next day which we absolutely loved. Jack then produced the full film, and separate films for each speech. All were of high quality and truly captured our special day.

Working with Jack Childs was an exceptionally successful experience. He was engaging, communicative and attentive from the very first point of contact, until the entire process had come to an end. Jack mixed the audio for our band, then filmed two separate videos, for our 8-piece band and our 10-piece band. The process was such a pleasure, Jack was patient, gave clear directions and made everything fun and easy to deliver. During the editing stages (after we’d finished filming), Jack was flexible and he ensured he met the needs of all members of the band – which was a delight to experience. We’ll definitely work with Jack again and we look forward to doing so, in the future. We’d recommend him !
